Our Bass School opens its doors most months to all school age double bassists, their families, teachers & Bessy Bass subscribers when we host our “Bessy Bass at Your Place” Zoom sessions. During these 45 min sessions you get a chance to meet and chat with professional double bassists, hear them play, find out all sorts of bass trivia, get some helpful hints and advice in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

Now that we are back attending live performances, imagine how even more special it will be when you actually know some of the double bassists!

These events are included in our Bass School packages for our students but we are delighted to be able to invite all school age double bassists to attend with their teacher’s permission. We encourage the whole family to join in the sessions, as there will be something for everyone! All teachers of double bass are warmly invited to join our ever growing community and our Bessy Bass subscribers are very welcome to join in the fun, even if they don’t play double bass themselves!

There is a small fee of just £3 per session. Bursaries are available by contacting may@bessybass.com
